PURPOSE: Rice ball wrapped with seaweed such as kelp, brown algae, Salicornia herbacea, green laver, etc. without laver is provided which has the characteristic flavor and taste of seaweed different from conventional rolled rice wrapped with laver(kimbap, Korean native name). CONSTITUTION: Seaweed such as kelp, brown algae, Salicornia herbacea, green laver(Enteromorpha) and Sargassum fulvellum are washed, mixed with seasoning sauce such as vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt and red pepper paste, and rested therein for 30min. Laver is placed on a small sized bamboo mat, seasoned cooked rice and kelp 23cm wide and 7cm long are spread thereon and thereafter seasoned seaweeds are spread thereon and rolled with the laver placed on the small sized bamboo mat.
