A method of intellectual property administration for patent application progress administration and a system thereof

PURPOSE: A method and system for managing a progress of a patent application are provided to reduce cost and a human power by processing an office action with respect to an application in a patent managing system without a document. CONSTITUTION: If an office action with respect to a patent application is transmitted from the Office of Patent Administration, an attorney receives and examines the office action(310). The attorney examines the office action, prepares a response to the office action, and transmits the response to a patent team(320). A staff of the patent team examines the office action and the response(322), and decides an approval of the response or not(324). If the response includes contents to be modified, the response is modified and the modified response is stored(330). A chief of the patent team examines the office action and the response, and decides an approval of the response or not(332). If the chief approves the response, the staff of the patent team instructs the attorney to submit the response(340).
