Recycling system and operation methods of using anaerobic digester and aerobic composting system all at once on organic concentrated swine slurry

PURPOSE: A resource making system and its operation method are provided, to make the highly concentrated organic waste water of domestic animals into the useful fertilizer by stabilizing the waste water by the anaerobic digestion process and making it a fertilizer by the continuous composite making process. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the steps of injecting the highly concentrated organic waste water of domestic animals into an anaerobic digestion tank; mixing the sludge from the anaerobic digestion tank with sawdust to adjust the moisture level to be about 60% and injecting the mixture into a composite making system; injecting air into the system and mixing up the mixture periodically to induce the high temperature fermentation and to remove the moisture, thereby producing an organic fertilizer; removing H2S gas and moisture from the gas generated from the digestion tank and flowing methane gas into a gas storage tank; using the methane as an energy source, thereby reducing the cost; and removing the offensive odor.
