MOVABLE POINT-PRESSING REMEDY FOR RECREATION AND HEALTHY CONDITION

PURPOSE: Provided is a sensitive point-pressing remedy method for recreation and/or obtaining healthy condition to conduct the remedy without using known physical probes or needles. CONSTITUTION: The remedy is carried out by diagnosing symptoms of disease; finding out meridians and collaterals; detecting sensitive-points(6) of the corresponding meridians and collaterals; and selecting remedial techniques from recreation method or promotion method of health. In case of applying the recreating method, locating tip of a thumb having the sensitive-points(6) in a course of the meridian(1). Otherwise, in case of applying the promotion method of health, locating the tip of the thumb in a direction opposite to the course of the meridian. After determination of the located points, point-pressing and turning the points in counter clockwise direction(5) for about 5 second, then moving the direction(3) of applying the promotion method by pressing up the points in a direction opposite to meridian running course.
