CONSTITUTION: In the reinforcing fitting (1) joining intersecting construction structural materials (X), (Y), the reinforcing fitting for construction protruding fixing pieces (111) fixing the construction structural materials (X), (Y) inward from the edge side of a short cylinder ring-like base material (11) made of high strength steel is constituted. In addition, screw stop holes (122) fixing the construction structural materials (X), (Y) are drilled in a peripheral wall (121) of the short cylindrical ring-like base material (12) made of the high strength steel.
