PURPOSE: An input/output shaft structure for a full time 4WD transfer of a 4-wheel drive vehicle is provided to carry out the coupling between input and output shafts by splines respectively formed on inner and outer diameter parts of the input and output shafts and improve the stability and the durability of the coupling parts for preventing the deformation or damage during use. CONSTITUTION: An input/output shaft structure for a full time 4WD transfer of a 4-wheel drive vehicle includes a connection protrusion part(104) integrated in the front part of the transfer(100) attached to a transmission of a full time 4WD system, a transfer output shaft(106) forming a spline(110b) on the entire outer diameter part of the connection protrusion part, and a transfer input shaft(102) integrally formed with a spline(110a) on the rear inner diameter part to be engage with the spline of the output shaft part, thereby the input shaft is mounted in the transfer. The input shaft is penetrated at both sides.
