Electronic Commerce Method and System which can make a contract by direct negotiation among person conserned using peer program

PURPOSE: A method and a system for the EC(Electronic Commerce) for accomplishing a contract through the direct negotiation are provided to accomplish the contract through the direct negotiation of the person concerned by using the P2P(Peer to Peer) method and to offer a store hosting service to the merchants, the stores, the wholesalers, and the retailers. CONSTITUTION: The clients(100,110) download a P2P module in a server and installs the P2P module. The client(100) connects to a P2P server(115) through a network by using the P2P module. Thereafter, the client(100) searches the articles to purchase or sell. The client(100) selects the articles by referring the article search result. The client(100) negotiates with the opposite client(100) about the transaction condition by using the P2P module. Herein, the payment and the article delivery are performed by the P2P server(115) to avoid the problems caused by the direct transaction.
