PURPOSE: A method for recognizing a voice by using definition of a part of speech of a pseudo-morpheme is provided to promptly remove inappropriate candidates in voice recognition by using a part of speech transit network and directly use information related to the part of speech in processing language of upper level such as dialog voices. CONSTITUTION: A method for recognizing a voice by using definition of a part of speech of a pseudo-morpheme includes the steps of analyzing word units of the input voice(S1-S2), deciding the part of speech of the pseudo-morpheme as a form of complex part of speech(S3-S4), preliminarily removing connection-impossible pseudo-morpheme candidates by using a part of speech transit network(S5), and executing voice recognition in the state of having removed the pseudo-morpheme candidates(S6).
