PURPOSE: An amplitude modulation device of a local wireless communication base station is provided to implement the amplitude modulation by using a low price element by amplitude modulating and sending an input analog signal as a gain control of the analog signal, an attenuation size control and a switching operation. CONSTITUTION: An amplitude modulation device of a local wireless communication base station includes a pair of power amplifiers(101,102) for amplifying an amplitude of the input power with a multi-stage by modulating the inputted analog signal into a modulation index of digital data and a variable resistor(103) for controlling a modulation index control and a gain of the pair of power amplifiers(101,102), wherein the pair of power amplifiers(102,103) have a predetermined gain for outputting an amplitude modulated signal in response to the gain of the data signal to transmit the input analog signal with 5.8 GHz bandwidth for transmitting to the terminals of automobiles at the local wireless communication base stations.
