PURPOSE: A remediation method of contaminated soil using oxygen enriched water containing sufficient dissolved oxygen obtained by increasing magnetic force and cold diamagnetic action of water is provided, which can remediate contaminated soil by supplying water molecules of sufficient dissolved oxygen into the contaminated soil by methods of spraying or feeding so that oxidation and decomposition of contaminants is promoted, with the sufficient dissolved oxygen being obtained by increasing magnetic force and cold diamagnetic action. CONSTITUTION: The remediation method of contaminated soil comprises the steps of constituting agitation facility or aeration facility for enhancing excess magnetic force by lowering directly the temperature of water molecule, installing magnet to endow water molecule with magnetic force steadily or feeding material of high magnetic force into the water molecule.
