PURPOSE: A system for managing a lottery installment savings and deposit is provided to operate the money for the lottery as an installment savings or deposit. CONSTITUTION: The first storage(41) stores information to a lottery installment savings and deposit, information to each member, information to a prizewinning member, information to a withdrawn member, and information to details of each registered member and managing state. A database managing unit(42) manages the information stored in the first storage(41). A member managing unit(43) manages a joining and a withdrawal of the member. A fund managing unit(44) manages payments paid by each member. A lottery ticket drawing unit(45) is provided for selecting a prizewinner out of members. A mail managing unit(46) informs a prize-winning result of a lottery ticket to each member. The second storage(51) stores information to a member joined in the operator system(400), information to a payment of each member, and information to a profit of a membership fee accumulated by the operator system(400). A member and fund managing unit(500) manages a membership fee depositing state of a member registered in the operator system(400) and the payment.
