PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a fermented food product by fermenting natural plants including grains, beans, potatoes, vegetables, fruits, nuts, mushrooms, wild plants, seaweed, etc. Therefore, the fermented health food product contains beneficial nutrients to a human body. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a fermented food product comprises the steps of; washing and cutting natural plants including grains, beans, potatoes, vegetables, fruits, nuts, mushrooms, wild plants, seaweed, etc., then dewatering them; putting them into a pot; diluting raw sugar and adding it into the pot with purified water; vacuum sealing the pot; and fermenting and aging the pot for 210-360 days.
