PURPOSE: A clean constant temperature and humidity tank is provided to prevent pollution due to refrigerant, prevent noise and vibration and reduce power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A constant temperature and humidity tank includes a body(70) having a space formed therein; an air blower(10) installed in the body to circulate air in the body; a humidifier(50) humidifying when an inside of the body is dry; a thermo module(100), a peltier element installed so that one end of a contact point of different metals or semiconductors is placed in the body, controlling temperature and dehumidifying in the body; and a controller(200) controlling the humidifier and the thermo module.
