PURPOSE: A functional soap composition is provided to improve the cleansing effect, the whitening effect, the moisturizing effect and the antibacterial effect. CONSTITUTION: The functional soap composition comprises 82.5-89.2 wt% of a common soap base; 1-3 wt% of rare earth mineral powder; 2.3-3.2 wt% of jade powder; 1.5-2 wt% of yellow soil; 1-3 wt% of charcoal; 3.7-4.5 wt% of purified pyroligneous liquor; 0.8-1.0 wt% of perfume; and 0.5-0.8 wt% of glycerin. The method comprises the steps of mixing 1-30 wt% of germanium, 20-49 wt% of charcoal, 35-64 wt% of synthetic resin solution, 5-34 wt% of foaming solution, 0-29 wt% of pigment and 1-30 wt% of diluent; coating the mixture on the surface of the product comprises clothes capable of being contact with the skin; dried at 140 deg.C for 3 min; and re-dried at 120-140 deg.C for about 1 min.
