PURPOSE: A turn-over type automatic water gate formed/operated for sealing up a gap of a water gate by a structure of a double operating system is provided to extend the life of a water gate by preventing the abrasion of a cylinder by sand and gravel. CONSTITUTION: The turn-over type automatic water gate formed/operated for sealing up a gap of a water gate by a structure of a double operating system comprises: a fixed shaft(7) fixed between walls(9) or supports; a water gate(1) provided with a cylinder installation space and hinged on the fixed shaft(7) by installing a fixed shaft bracket(8) to the inner end of the hollow part; many connectors(5) whose one side is coupled with the fixed shaft(7) and the other side is provided with a movable hinge(6); a cylinder rod(4) and a cylinder(3) whose one side is hinged on the connectors(5) by the movable hinge(6) and the other side is hinged on a cylinder bracket(2); a closed cylinder protective case installed in the cylinder installation space to prevent the damage of the cylinder(3) and the surrounding members by sand and gravel; and a water gate support to prevent the counter flow of sand and gravel passing through the upper end of the water gate(1).
