Realtime information system of a receiving slip of financial agency using internet and method of thereof

PURPOSE: A system and a method for computing a slip of a financial organization in real time by using the Internet are provided to prevent a writing error of various kinds of reception information occurring on a reception slip processing system to simplify a business of a counter personnel processing a reception slip. CONSTITUTION: A reader(10) recognizes an image of a notice. A recognition engine(20) decodes a notice serial number inputted from the reader(10) to digital data. A name confirmation processor(30) searches a payer name from a mediation center and confirms the payer name on the notice and a database by outputting a searching result. A receipt processor(40) writes a receipt through an outputting part(70) and verifies processing of the reception information of the notice from the mediation center. A ending processor(50) outputs the serial number information of the uncompleted notice and the daily processing ending information. A notice image managing part(60) stores the slip image and the digital information generated from the reader(10) and the recognition engine(20) in an image server and processes various kinds of inquiries. A controller controls a current of data and control between components.
