PURPOSE: A customer information process system and method is provided to enable a shop master to clearly browse customer information on a terminal, and to instantly transmit a congratulation message or other messages to the customers via an e-mail so that it makes it easy to manage a customer or to search for business relevant information. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a customer information storage(1), a sale promotion information storage(2), a business information storage(3), a program storage(4), a server(5), a terminal(6), a card reader(7) and a POS(Point Of Sale) system(8). The customer information storage(1) stores personal data on customers like a card number, a name, a phone number or an address. The sale promotion information storage(2) stores data necessary for a sale promotion activity of a shop master like a promise, a memo, birthday data or happy call target data. The business information storage(3) stores the data on the status of revenue and stocks for each shop master. The server(5) enables a shop master to log in via the terminal connected to a LAN, outputs a main screen including a plurality of selection buttons, searches for the information, wanted by the shop master, in a plurality of storages, outputs the searched result on the terminal, and stores the data, input by the shop master, at a corresponding storage. The card reader(7), installed beside and connected to the terminal(6), reads the card number of the customer recorded at the customer card, and transmits the read card number to the server(5). The POS system(8) calculates specifications on money receipt or payment at a store.
