PURPOSE: Provided is a contaminated soil remediation method using horizontal remediation well method by biovent effect. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of measuring area and depth of contaminated soil; determining a starting point of a hydraulic well (H) in a contaminated area; drilling a portion of the soil where the hydraulic well (H) is to be formed using a drill pipe(4) with a drill bit at the front end thereof until the drill pipe(4) reaches to the most greatly contaminated portion (X) in the contaminated area, thereby forming the hydraulic well (H) extending to the most greatly contaminated portion (X), and retracting the drilling pipe(4); introducing a guide pipe(7) through the hydraulic well (H) to reach to the most greatly contaminated portion (X); introducing a screen pipe(6) having a slot(6a) at a portion thereof to the most greatly contaminated portion (X) through the guide pipe(7); introducing a sand supply pipe through the guide pipe(7) and feeding sand (S) having a predetermined grain size through the sand supply pipe(7) to fill the well (H); drawing out the guide pipe(7) from the well (H) while feeding the sand into the well (H); drawing out the sand supply pipe along with the guide pipe(7) while feeding sand into the well (H) until the sand is fed into the well (H) to a portion where the slot(6a) of the screen pipe(6) is located; filling empty portion of the well (H) with sealing material (C) and grouting the entrance of the well (H); extracting waste oil from the most greatly contaminated portion by vacuuming the interior of the well (H) through the screen pipe(6) using a soil vapor extraction device.
