PURPOSE: A system and a method for issuing an Internet lottery ticket according to the use particulars of a transportation card function of a credit card are provided to increase the use of the transportation card function and the profit of a member client using the credit card having the transportation card function by accumulating a point for the use particulars of the transportation card function and enabling the member client to buy the Internet lottery ticket. CONSTITUTION: A member client(10) uses the credit card(14) and buys the Internet lottery ticket with the accumulation point. A lottery ticket providing system(30) receives the use particulars of the transportation card function of the member client(10) from a cooperating credit card company(40), accumulates the point to each member client according to the use particulars of the transportation card function, and provides the Internet lottery ticket requested by the member client(10). A credit card company(40) provides the credit card(14) and transmits the use particulars of the transportation card function of the member client(10) to the lottery ticket providing system(30).
