PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing biodegradable plastic containers by using corn starch, a natural polymer compound, a waterproof agent, and hardening material, which can improve processability, durability, and mechanical properties. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: grinding 40wt% of the natural polymer compound selected from rice bran, wheat stems, and peanut shells, 20wt% of the waterproof agent, and 10wt% of the hardening material, wherein the waterproof agent comprises 45wt% of formaldehyde, 25wt% of paper pulp, 25wt% of urea, and 5wt% of melamine and the hardening material comprises 80wt% of calcium carbonate, 10wt% of polyethylene, 10wt% of paraffin, and stearic acid; adding 30wt% of the corn starch to the ground material and mixing to make a mixture powder; injecting the mixture powder into a mold and heating and extruding at 140-160deg.C for 5-20 seconds in a heat-extruder.
