PURPOSE: A system and method for authenticating a job career through a virtual company work is provided to help an employment support by satisfying an employee requesting condition and educating an employee for an employment related ability. CONSTITUTION: An information storage(200) stores employment diagnosis information, employment education information, virtual company work and evaluation information, job career authentication information, and employment support information. A job career managing device(300) approves a job career authentication based on a virtual company work career, and supplies information adapted to an employment condition of an employee and an engagement demanding condition of a company. An employment diagnosis unit(321) diagnoses a degree of adapting ability information of the employee to an engagement criterion of a company and an employment tendency of a society. An employment education unit(322) educates the employee for a job of the company. A virtual company managing unit(323) performs a job for a predetermined term through a network between the employee and the company. A job career managing unit(324) approves/refuses a job career authentication based on a job career through the virtual company managing unit(323). An employment supporting unit(325) supplies information adapted to an employment condition of an employee and an engagement demanding condition of a company for an employee approved in the job career managing unit(324).
