PURPOSE: An electronic bidding system of a self recording method for securing bidding justice is provided to enable a bidding executor to capture and record all processes performed in a PC directly and supply the recoding medium to a bidding concerned person as a real time or a VOD method by storing a screen automatic capture storing program in the bidding executor PC. CONSTITUTION: A bidding participator or a bidding executor connects to a system through an Internet browser. If the bidding participator inputs one's data through an input unit, the data are stored in a database and the bidding participator outputs various kinds of data through an output unit. If the bidding executor connects to the Internet, a PC screen of the bidding executor is captured and recorded in an automatically recording unit. The bidding executor executes a bidding related business through the input unit and the output unit, a business process of the bidding executor is processed in a bidding server through a web server and stored in the database. The database is operated related to the bidding server continuously.
