PURPOSE: A method for searching a web page based on a hit ratio according to web pages and a device thereof are provided to collect URL information of a web page reflected by a disk cache file of a user directly, store the information according to hit ratio, link rates, and similarity rates of web pages, extract web pages including a keyword, and supply the web pages for the user. CONSTITUTION: URL information with respect to web pages visited by users is received(110). A portion for indicating a communication protocol is removed out of the received URL information(120). An IP address is checked in the received URL information, and a duplicated domain is removed, and URL information visited by users is extracted(130). A rearrangement is performed in accordance with the number of visiting times according to web pages from the URL information classified according to visited users(140). The number of visiting times according to web pages is converted into a visiting popularity rate and stored(150).
