Run out table fault monitering apparatus for hot steel mill line

PURPOSE: An apparatus for monitoring abnormalities of run out table for hot rolling line is provided to give an alarm to operators by measuring driving current of rollers of the run out table and comparing the measured current with current values during normal operation, thereby judging whether the rollers of the table are normal or not. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus in which a circuit breaker is installed at motor driver and respective motors for driving rollers of run out table in a hot rolling line, the apparatus for monitoring abnormalities of the run out table for the hot rolling line comprises a current measuring sensor(4) installed between the motors and circuit breaker to obtain measured current values by measuring current impressed to the motors; an analog/digital converter(11) for converting the measured current values into digital signals; a data manager(12) for storing the digital signals; a comparator(13) for comparing current value during normal driving of the run out table rollers as a reference current with the measured current values; and an alarm(14) for giving an alarm in case that the reference current is different from the measured current values.
