PURPOSE: A hologram recording device, a hologram card and a hologram card recognition device are provided to record personal information in hologram and to read a hologram card to identify the user of the card. CONSTITUTION: A hologram recording device includes a light source(104) for generating light, a beam splitter(106) for splitting the light into the first and second beams, the first spatial filter(120) for converting the first beam into a spherical beam, and the first reflecting mirror(140) for reflecting the first spherical beam. The hologram recording device further includes the second spatial filter(130) for converting the second beam into a spherical beam, the second reflecting mirror for reflecting the second spherical beam, an imaging plate(100) for recording personal information, receiving the first beam reflected from the first reflecting mirror, and dispersing the personal information according to the received first beam, and a hologram film(152) on which a photosensitive material coated. The personal information dispersed by the second beam and the second spherical beam reflected from the second reflecting mirror are inputted into the photosensitive material to interfere with each other, to form hologram of the personal information.
