PURPOSE: A low noise ventilation structure of a bipolar induction motor with a total enclosed fan cooler is provided to reduce the noise of an induction motor by improving a cooling ventilation structure of the induction motor. CONSTITUTION: A distance between a half-load bracket(8) and a fan cover(11) is larger than a diameter of the fan cover(11) at 1-1.2 times in order to smoothly diffuse air between the half-load bracket(8) and the fan cover(11), wherein the air is ventilated from a fan guide(13) and an axial-flow type fan(12). A ratio between a semidiameter of the fan guide(13) and a diameter of the axial-flow type fan(12) is determined as 0.12-0.15 so that a wind resistance coefficient of the fan guide(13) becomes below 0.1. An air energized from the axial-flow type fan(12) is ventilated by a pressure difference. The ventilated air is blocked by the half-load bracket(8) to be diffused between the half-load bracket(8) and the fan cover(11).
