PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of peelable polymer/silicate nano complex which peels silicate to be distributed into polymer uniformly and increase interaction between polymer and silicate so that it shows excellent mechanical property. CONSTITUTION: In producing polymer/silicate nano complex by emulsion polymerization, the production process of peelable polymer/silicate nano complex comprises the steps of: (i) mixing layered silicate and emulsifier with including a functional group having affinity to the layered silicate to form an initial particle; and (ii) using the initial particle and a stabilizer formed from monomer to complete emulsion polymerization.
