PURPOSE: A blade for cutting a curve, a cutter and a mechanical pencil with the blade, and a multifunctional cutter are provided to improve convenience by drawing the curve and cutting easily with mounting the edge in the end of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A blade for cutting a curve is formed of a hollow cylinder, and an edge part is formed with breaking the inclined end of the hollow cylinder. The new blade is formed with shearing node parts of the cylinder. A cutter is composed of a cylinder(10) storing a blade(4) for gripping easily and having an uneven groove(11), a knob(20) combined with the blade for moving back and forth along the uneven groove, and a cap(30) combined with the end of the cylinder for supporting the blade. The blade is fixed temporarily in the uneven groove with a spring(21). The curve is cut smoothly with the cutter including the blade.
