PURPOSE: Provided is a precast prestress reinforced element able to directly assemble it with concrete after pre-fabricating the reinforced element in factory and possible to extremely reduce corrosion problem of the steel by coating the steel material with high intensity concrete or mortar. CONSTITUTION: The reinforced element(10) comprises a steel material(11) and high intensity concrete or mortar coating parts(12) to cover the steel material in desirable thickness preferably, 1-4cm. In place of the reinforced steel bar or pre-stressing steel element generally used in tensioning parts of common concrete reinforced concrete structure, the above prepared reinforcing material is provided in the concrete structure. The steel material may be preferably steel bar, strand and the like and have strength of 10,000kg/cm¬2.
