PURPOSE: A gill net as a fishing tackle useable in sea and/or fresh-water is provided to effectively capture or catch varied fishes in sea and/or fresh water with improved freshness. CONSTITUTION: The gill net(1) comprises a rope(2); an anchor(4) having a guiding roller(3); a driving drum(5) mounted on the rope above the sea; a rotational coupler(6) and string(8) bonding to the rope(2) to form a number of fishing tackles(7). The tackle(7) has top and bottom frames slide-connecting together and an opening to be engaged to front side of the top frame to assembly a net. The top frame has a bait can coupled with a hole, a light casing with a lamp at front side, artificial bait and another can containing water for the artificial bait.
