PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing sausage, ham and cheese hygienically using, as main ingredients, ginseng, green tea, kimchi, milk, pork meat and chicken meat. Therefore, the manufactured food products contain benefit nutrient to the human body and have each taste and flavor peculiar to ginseng, kimchi and green tea. CONSTITUTION: The method for hygienically manufacturing sausage, ham and cheese is characterized by mixing, as main ingredients, ginseng, green tea, kimchi, milk, pork meat and chicken meat with refined salt and followed by mincing the mixture and heating it.
