PURPOSE: A solar focusing collector is provided to increase the amount of energy without being restricted by the tilt angle of the solar focusing collector. CONSTITUTION: A solar focusing collector(20) comprises a left reflector plane(21) and a right reflector plane(22), wherein the left reflector plane includes a left involute(21A) and the right reflector plane includes a right involute(22A) extended from a point(A) on an arc of an outer surface of a ring-type absorber(23) to points(C',B') meeting contact lines(C-C',B-B'). The left reflector plane and the right reflector plane include a left parabola(21B) and a right parabola(22B), respectively, which are extended from the points(C',B') serving as the front ends of the left and right involutes, respectively. The left and right involutes and left and right parabolas are extended by the formulas 2 and 3, and the angles of extension of the left and right involutes are determined by the formula 1.
