5 Wire electrodischarge machine with five shafts

PURPOSE: A workpiece is fixed, and a wire is controlled in 5-axis for an electrodischarging machining improving operability of a servomotor. CONSTITUTION: A 5-axis wire electrodischarging machine comprises a Y base, a table(500) connected to an upper part of the Y base having a work stand(510) for supporting workpiece. X,Y-axis transferring portion are provided to move parallel in X and Y direction in upper part of the base. Z,U,V-axis transferring portion are provided to move up/down, right/left and back and forth supported by the X,Y-axis transferring portion.
