PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing an aqueous dispersion polyurethane-based antistatic coating containing polyelectrolyte having excellent transparency and water resistance. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) reacting polyol and diisocyanate in molecular ratio of 1:2 to form a prepolymer, (ii) neutralizing an ionizable radical of the prepolymer to ionize the prepolymer, (iii) reacting the ionized prepolymer, chain extender and water to form a aqueous dispersion polyurethane having solid content of 40-50 wt%, and (iv) blending the formed dispersion polyurethane, polyelectrolyte and aziridine. The mixing ratio of the polyurethane and polyelectrolyte in the antistatic coating is 5-30 parts by weight of parts with respect to 100 parts by weight of polyurethane(in solids).
