PURPOSE: A system and a method for a financial service permitting withdrawal when members are agreed are provided to manage an account related to the interests of a plurality of persons transparently by obtaining an agreement from all preset members. CONSTITUTION: A database stores the account information set as the account necessary for the agreement of all members for the withdrawal and the member information of each account. A communication device(20) performs an informing function for informing each member's terminal(30) of a withdrawal request and a receiving function for receiving an agreement message for the withdrawal request from the each terminal(30). A financial organization computer(11) performs the informing function to each terminal appointed by the member information through the communication device(20) and permits the withdrawal only if the agreement message is received from all members.
