PURPOSE: An OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) receiving device of compensating an error of an individual phase and a common phase of an OFDM signal is provided to compensate an OFDM signal distortion by estimating distortion components every symbol with the use of a pilot signal, thereby exactly restoring the OFDM signal. CONSTITUTION: An FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) unit(100) performs an FFT process for a digital-type OFDM signal according to an original signal restoring operation for the received OFDM signal. An entire phase distortion calculator(500) detects a pilot signal agreed between OFDM transmitter/receiver from the performed OFDM signal, and calculates a phase distortion generated while restoring the OFDM signal by using the detected pilot signal. A receiving distortion compensator(300) compensates a distortion of the performed OFDM signal based on the calculated phase distortion.
