PURPOSE: A method of cultivating horticultural crop using an oxygen supersaturated solution containing an oxygen concentration 2 to 3 times that contained in natural water and a dissolved oxygen dissolution system which permits high efficiency dissolution is provided. Therefore, the method can be applied to hydroponic cultivation, soil cultivation or the like and reduces equipment and installation cost. CONSTITUTION: The nutriculture apparatus contains: a feed-water line installed with a feed water pump(3) and a water supply pipe(1); a dissolved oxygen inlet apparatus connected with a solubilizing apparatus, an inlet pipe(6), an outlet pipe(9) and a dispersion diffuser(10); and a nutritious liquid supply line comprising a supply pump(4) and nutritious liquid cultivating bed. In the nutriculture apparatus, a dissolved oxygen sensor(11), an EC sensor(12), a pH sensor(13) and a temperature sensor(14) are installed in a culture liquid tank(2) to connect to a dissolved oxygen measuring device(20), an EC measuring device(17), a pH measuring device and a temperature measuring device(19) of a control panel(15), and an oxygen separator(22) is installed on the control panel.
