SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PAYING PATENT FEE USING INTERNET

PURPOSE: A system and a method for paying patent fee using the Internet are provided to make a user easily manage the due date of a patent fee and easily write various kinds of documents submitted to a patent office through the Internet without using a specified software. CONSTITUTION: A web server manages the patent fee payment through the Internet. A database system(500) receives and stores the basic information for generating a patent fee payment sheet including the due data information from an Internet user. A due data management system(600) extracts the basic information for a patent case included in the due data from a database and transmits it to the Internet user. An automatic document generating system(700) automatically generates the patent fee payment sheet by using the extracted basic information.
