PURPOSE: A target management system is provided to enable a user to pay for a premium of an education insurance with the bonus point accumulated at an electronic commerce site, and to give the user insurance money if the user fails in getting an educational target. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises several steps. A user registers a target management system(100), and the target management system determines a target management model of the user based on a target, a current feature, and current ability(110). The user subscribes for an education insurance according to the determined target management model(120). The user studies a subject in order to catch the target according to the target management model(130). The system checks whether the target is caught(140), and pays the user the insurance money in a case that the target is not caught(150). The user can subscribe for an electronic commerce site operated by the target management system and purchase a commodity at the electronic commerce site(160), and can pay for the insurance premium with the bonus accumulated according as the user actually purchases commodities at the electronic commerce site(170).
