PURPOSE: A wrist watch having diet and health care functions and a method for managing health are provided to allow a user to care health by measuring a momentum of the user and storing it in the form of a database. CONSTITUTION: A health care system includes a wrist watch(100) for a health care, a personal computer(120) connected to the wrist watch(100) in a wireless manner, a health care database connected to the personal computer(120), a health care managing server(140) connected to the personal computer(120) through a network, and a data base(150) connected to the health care managing server(140). The wrist watch(100) measures a momentum of a user by using a sensor and sends health information of the user to the personal computer(120) in a wireless manner.
