The acanthopanax sessiliflorum semen sapling seed germination cultivation method

PURPOSE: A method for germinating and cultivating seed of native species eleutherococcus sessiliflorus seedling is provided which saves the facility investment cost and increases the germination rate. Thereby, mass production of seedling is possible. CONSTITUTION: The method for germinating and cultivating seed of native species eleutherococcus sessiliflorus seedling includes a step of gathering the fruits hanging on 4 to 5 year-old native species eleutherococcus sessiliflorus in a fall; a step of mixing the uncontaminated fine sand and the seed of the fruit keeping the pulp thereof in 3:1 ratio; a step of putting 20 kg of the seeds into a bag of only a hemp and sleep-treating for 1 year in a ventilative shadow; and a step of seeding the sleep-treated seed on the field in the fall after 1 year. The seeding is performed in the way to disseminate the seeds mixed with the sand on the field and earth thereon in the height of 2 to 3 times of the seeds.
