Capacitance measurement probe for generator stator winding insulation

摘要

PURPOSE: A capacitance measurement probe for winding of a generator stator is provided to reduce maintenance cost and to increase operation reliability by measuring and diagnosing absorption state of a cooling water with high reliability. CONSTITUTION: A top plate(3) has a connection tube(2) guiding a signal measurement cable(1). The top plate is connected to a box type bottom frame(5) via a bolt(4). An inner plate is embedded between the top plate and the bottom frame. The inner frame is supported elastically by several tension springs so that a metallic sponge(9) attached with a metallic film(8) is formed toward an open bottom(1) of the bottom frame. Thus, a constant surface pressure is applied without regard to a measurement pressure and the number of measurement of a measurement person.
