PURPOSE: An apparatus for increasing rotation of a water wheel is provided to increase rotation of the water wheel. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises auxiliary bucket plates(29) extended from ends of bucket plates(13) forming buckets(12) to expand volume of the buckets, and having drain holes(14) formed thereon to discharge water earlier; pipes(15) fixed between a drum(25) and a peripheral plate in centrifugal direction centering on the drum and arranged in comb shape or asymmetrically; and steel balls(16) freely rolling in the pipes.
