PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing entrance/attendance using the Blue-tooth are provided to receive the entrance information including the personnel information and the entrance time information through a security system embedded with a Blue-tooth module and to manage the attendance of each personnel by using the entrance information. CONSTITUTION: The security system(20) is embedded with the Blue-tooth module(10), reads the personnel information recorded on an ID card if the ID card is inputted, decides the opening/closing of the door by confirming the read personnel information, and outputs the entrance information to the outside. An attendance management server(30) manages the attendance of each personnel by using the entrance information includes the personnel information and the time information transmitted from the security system(20) through an antenna(11) via the Blue-tooth module(10).
