PURPOSE: A mail system for setting up a relation between a mail sender and a mail receiver is provided to transmit an HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language) based e-mail generated by a server to the mail receiver by receiving the relation setting request information from the mail sender and to process the relation between the mail sender and the mail receiver according to a response from the mail receiver. CONSTITUTION: A mail receiving part(110) receives an e-mail address and the mail contents from the mail receiver. A mail processing part(120) generates the HTML mail including a code linked with a page responding to the relation establishment with the mail sender by processing the received mail contents(110). A mail transmitting part(130) transmits the generated mail to the e-mail address of the mail receiver. A response receiving part(140) receives the response information from the mail receiver. A response processing part(150) processes the relation establishment between the mail sender and the mail receiver according to the response from the response receiving part(140).
