PURPOSE: A shielding and attaching device of a coaxial radio frequency connector to a transmission wire completely shielded in the back of a substrate is provided to minimize discontinuance of specific impedance from transfer between the connector and the quasi-coaxial transmission wire by shielding completely with a cover. CONSTITUTION: A straight-through-type coaxial radio frequency connector(1) is connected with a quasi-coaxial transmission wire(9) formed on hybrid substrates(10,11), and an electro-conductive cover(22) is used for coupling the connector to the transmission wire. If necessary, by enlarging the thickness of an insulating material(12) formed downward till a center conductor(13) of the transmission wire becomes to be matched at a position of a center conductor(4) of the connector, height of the center conductor of the quasi- coaxial transmission wire is made to be gradually increased, and two conductors are joined by soldering or using an electro-conductive adhesive. The connector prevents loss by radiation, interference in the neighborhood circuit caused by the radiation, and formation of interference by coupling of unnecessary signals to an unshielded transition part.
