PURPOSE: A method for filtering a signal using fuzzy membership is provided to obtain rapidly a filtering result by reducing the number of the calculation and using a lookup table. CONSTITUTION: A fuzzy membership corresponding to an input signal is set up by using a trigonometric fuzzy function(S210). At this time, the fuzzy function determining the fuzzy membership includes all elements within a window. The sum of the fuzzy membership of all elements within the window is obtained(S220). The window is shifted after the sum of the fuzzy membership is obtained(S230). A size of the window is corrected by comparing the number of input signals within the window with the size of the window(S240). The sum of the fuzzy membership is obtained after the size of the window is changed(S250). A filtering result of the input signal is obtained(S260). A filtering algorithm is finished(S270).
