SYNTHESIS OF POLYURETHANE NANOCOMPOSITE CONTAINING SILVER NANOPARTICLES

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a Ag-polyurethane nanocomposite containing Ag nanoparticles is provided, to improve the mechanical properties, the optical property and the antibacterial property of polyurethane. CONSTITUTION: The Ag-polyurethane nanocomposite is prepared by using a nonionic amphiphilic polyurethane precursor represented by A-B-C-B-A, wherein A is a material having a double bond and a hydroxy group or an amino group; B is a material having at least two isocyanate groups capable of forming a urethane or urea bond with A; and C is a material having at least two hydroxy groups capable of forming a urethane or urea bond with isocyanate, and an ionic group. Preferably A is hydroxy methacrylate or hydroxy acrylate; B is toluene diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate or methylene diisocyanate; and C is dimethanol propionic acid, methylethanolamine or polypropylene triol.
