PURPOSE: Provided are a titanium base alloy for biomaterial having the ultramicro bioactive porous surface and a preparation method thereof to enhance the bone binding strength and the bone binding ability and have good biocompatibility. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of a titanium base alloy for biomaterial having the ultramicro bioactive porous surface comprises adding 5 to 20 wt.% of indium, 2 to 5 wt.% of niobium and 3 to 5 wt.% of tantalum on the basis of total alloy weight to the balance of titanium and mixing, alkali treating with an alkali aqueous solution, and then heat treating in a vacuum heat treating furnace to form a ultramicro bioactive porous layer of sponge structure and a micro network structure on all the alloy surface.
