Method for Managing and Notifying Schedule Information using Personal Computer and Mobile Communication Device

PURPOSE: A method for a schedule management and an automatic notification using a computer and a mobile communication terminal is provided to input schedule information easily and to transmit timely schedule information to a mobile communication terminal through a modem on a PC including an application program and a modem. CONSTITUTION: A user executes an application program(111) and inputs, edits, and stores schedule information in a computer system(110)(1). The application program(111) extracts schedule information to be notified based on an alarm time set with respect to each schedule information(2). The application program(111) transmits schedule information data extracted through an Internet network(140) as SMSC(Short Message Service Center)(130)(3). The SMSC(130) transmits the schedule information data to a mobile communication terminal(120) using a teleservice ID for transmitting schedule information(4). In the case that the mobile communication terminal(120) receives a short message having the teleservice ID for transmitting schedule information, an alarm or a vibration is generated to a user and contents of received schedule information are displayed and stored in a memory(5).
